About these terms
These terms apply to all apps published by Appsflow Ltd. ("Appsflow", "we", "us"), Apartment 75, Glenamuck Manor, Dublin 18, DUBLIN, Ireland, D18 W6RY. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Who can use our apps
You must be at least 16 years old to use our apps.
Your account
Some apps need an account. Give us accurate information, keep your login details private, and let us know if you think someone else has access to your account. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Prices are shown before you buy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds are handled under Google Play's and Apple's refund policies. For help with a purchase, contact us at support@appsflow.ie. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence. AI-generated results, such as calorie estimates, summaries or suggestions, can be inaccurate or incomplete. Please check anything important before relying on it.
Not professional advice
Our apps are tools to help you organise and track information. They don't provide medical, nutritional, financial, legal or other professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making important decisions about your health or money.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse our apps. That includes trying to hack, disrupt or reverse engineer them, using them for anything illegal, uploading content you don't have the right to share, or using them to harm others. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content
Content you create or upload, such as photos, notes and recordings, stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the app features you use.
Our apps
The apps, their design, code and branding belong to Appsflow Ltd. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own purposes. Apps downloaded from the App Store are also subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.
Third-party services
Our apps rely on third-party services, such as app stores, cloud hosting and AI providers. We're not responsible for their services, which are governed by their own terms.
Availability and changes to the apps
We work to keep our apps running smoothly, but we can't guarantee they'll always be available or error-free. We may update, change or stop offering features or apps. If we discontinue a paid service, we'll give you reasonable notice.
Liability
Our apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information in the apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending these terms
You can stop using our apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the apps after that, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your country's mandatory consumer laws and may bring claims in your local courts.
