Who we are
Appsflow Ltd. ("Appsflow", "we", "us") designs and builds mobile apps. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use any of our apps or this website. Appsflow Ltd. is the data controller.

What we collect
Each app only collects what it needs for its features. Depending on the app you use, this may include:
Account information: your email address, name and login details, including when you sign in with Google or Apple.
Content you create or upload: photos taken with your camera or chosen from your gallery, voice recordings, notes and text you enter.
Health and fitness information: for example your weight, height, age, gender and the meals you log, used to calculate targets and track progress.
Financial information you enter: for example subscriptions, prices and spending you add to track your costs. We do not collect your bank or card details.
Purchase information: what you bought and your subscription status. Payments are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never see your full card details.
Device and usage information: device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and how you use app features.
Advertising identifiers: in apps that show ads, your device's advertising ID and related data used to serve and measure ads.
We only access your camera, microphone or photos when you use a feature that needs them, and only after you grant permission. You can withdraw permission at any time in your device settings.
How we use it and why
To provide the app and its features, including your account, syncing and AI features (necessary to perform our contract with you).
To process health information, only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To fix bugs, keep the apps secure and improve them (our legitimate interests).
To show ads, and to show personalised ads only where you have given consent where the law requires it.
To answer your messages and to meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence. When you use them, the content needed for that request (for example a photo, a voice recording or text) is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the result. We use these providers' business services under terms that do not allow them to use your content to train their models. We never sell your data, and we don't use your data to train AI models.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data or hand it to data brokers. We only share it with service providers that help us run the apps, under contracts that require them to protect it:
Cloud hosting and database providers that store your account and app data
AI providers that process content for AI features
Analytics and crash reporting providers
Advertising partners, in apps that show ads
Google Play and the Apple App Store, for purchases and subscriptions
We may also disclose data if required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, we rely on safeguards approved under EU law, such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, download or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. To delete your account and data, use the delete account option in the app's settings, or email us at support@appsflow.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Security
We use industry-standard measures, such as encryption in transit, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
Our apps are not intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 16 has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect.
